Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you can’t make your appointment please call or text us at 860-914-8363 to reschedule. Your appointment is reserved for you. We understand emergencies may come up or scheduling errors happen, but please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. We send out text message confirmations for all scheduled appointments. The text message you receive is your appointment reminder and gives you the chance to confirm or reschedule. If you cancel multiple times or do not show up for your appointment without giving us any notice, we may require a small non refundable deposit to re-book an appointment. Deposits will go towards your appointment.

Late Policy: If you are running behind for your appointment please give us a call as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day. Your appointment is important to us but if you arrive late the schedule doesn’t run smoothly.

Hair Color Guarantee: We guarantee all our color services and recommend the appropriate hair products to maintain your color. If you are not using the recommended products we cannot guarantee your color to last.

Refund Policy: All of our stylists are highly skilled and trained in all aspects of hair. We take pride in our work and want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. Our goal is to always make sure you feel your best! We do not issue refunds for our work, but we do offer any adjustments to your hair at no cost as long as it’s within 7 days of your original appointment day.

All of our hair care products are high quality and guarantee our hair services. If you have purchased a product and are unhappy with it we will not issue refunds but can exchange it for another product of the same price.
